Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology and AI/ML domains.

  • Hands-on experience in selling software solutions and services to large enterprises in the USA.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles.

  • Previous experience in building or scaling a sales organization is a strong advantage.


Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders confidently.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain technology-driven solutions.

  • Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to work hard to achieve results.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and projects simultaneously.

About the Role

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Tectu’s go-to-market

strategy in the USA, focusing on enterprise clients across multiple industries. This

role requires a motivated, hands-on sales professional who thrives on building

relationships, closing deals, and creating a scalable sales operation from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling technology solutions to

enterprises, a passion for building customer trust, and the charisma to represent

Tectu as its face in the region.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow Tectu’s presence in the US market.

  • Actively engage with potential enterprise clients, pitching Tectu’s products and services, including Generative AI solutions and digital transformation offerings.

  • Conduct hands-on sales activities, including cold outreach, in-person meetings, and presentations to C-level executives.

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, pitching, proposal writing, pre-sales activities, and closing deals.

  • Continuously drive pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities and following up with potential clients.


Technical & Business Alignment

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and present Tectu’s offerings in a way that resonates with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Act as a bridge between the customer and Tectu’s product and delivery teams, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs.

  • Create tailored proposals and solutions to address client challenges effectively.


Building Sales Operations

  • Establish a foundation for scaling Tectu’s sales organization in the USA.

  • Develop best practices, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and repeatability in the sales cycle.

  • Mentor and recruit sales talent as the organization grows. 


Relationship Building & Networking

  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Represent Tectu at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand visibility and generate leads.
