Statement of Work
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational growth objectives in Israel, UAE , EU and Asia
Lead go-to-market strategies for:
AI transformation solutions and implementation services
AI products (GenX - AI LLM-driven Chatbot, GenM - Private AI)
Establish, manage, and expand sales channels and relationships within Israel, EU, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Stans country and Far East markets. Main focus is in IL, UAE and EU.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring structured sales processes and methodologies are consistently applied.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and sales pipeline management to ensure accurate and reliable revenue projections.
Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales, after-sales teams, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
Actively engage in strategic client relationships, partnership negotiations, and deal closures.
Regularly conduct competitive analysis, market assessments, and provide insights to influence pricing and positioning strategies.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Design, implement, and refine strategic sales initiatives.
Create and deliver sales presentations and value propositions to senior-level stakeholders.
Team Development & Management:
Recruit, coach, and mentor regional sales managers and representatives.
If necessary improve current performance metrics, targets, and monitoring mechanisms.
Revenue Accountability:
Achieve annual sales targets for AI transformation solutions, professional services, and AI product offerings (as per the current budget and sales projections)
Manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
Market Penetration & Expansion:
Lead new market entry strategies and expansions (IL, EU, UAE, Asia)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, technical pre-sales, and after-sales teams.
Provide market feedback for product improvement and innovation.
Performance Metrics
Achievement of revenue and growth targets (as per current budget)
Success in new client acquisition and retention (new product sales + personal target, services as per budget + personal target)
Effectiveness in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
Accuracy and reliability of sales forecasts
Client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
