About the Role

The Role

In this role, your day-to-day work will be dynamic, involving close collaboration with Engineering, Product and UX teams to define and deliver production-grade infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Ownership: Building and owning production-grade Azure infrastructure from inception to deployment.

  • CI/CD Excellence: Designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using a variety of modern tools.

  • IaC Implementation: Designing intuitive, secure, and well-documented Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.).

  • Performance & Availability: Ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure within a regulated financial environment.

  • DevOps Culture: Developing and advocating for DevOps practices to enable smooth and frequent delivery through automation and developer productivity tools.

  • Collaboration: Participating in code reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making while mentoring others.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer.

  • Cloud Expertise: Deep, specialized experience with Azure technologies.

  • Infrastructure: Extensive experience with distributed infrastructure, microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).

  • Containers: Proven experience in setting up, automating, scaling, and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes clusters.

  • Automation: Strong programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash).

  • Monitoring: Strong troubleshooting skills using logs and monitoring tools to perform root cause analysis.

  • Soft Skills: An ownership mindset, innovative problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

  • Logistics: Ability to work on-site from our offices in Rishon LeZion and Immediate Availability.
