Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2 year of Experience as a Product Manager / CX / Project Manager / Product analyst in a tech company

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Exposure to AI systems, chatbots, or conversational platforms.

  • Ability to translate user needs into practical product improvements.

  • Technical curiosity and ability to work with digital systems.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present ideas and deliverables to senior management

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Advantages

  • Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., Umbraco).

  • Experience collecting requirements or writing product specifications.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work model - 3-4 days from the office (North Tel Aviv and Kfar Saba)

About the Role

The Role

In this role, you will help operate and continuously improve an AI-based conversational system and the supporting digital platform.

You will analyze real user conversations, identify gaps or opportunities for improvement, and work with development and content teams to enhance the user experience.

The role also includes working directly with stakeholders from the hospital organization to collect requirements, define new features for the marketing website, and support the implementation process.

You will act as Tectu’s on-site representative, helping bridge the gap between users, business stakeholders, and the product and development teams.

Responsibilities

AI System Operations & Data Analysis

  • Review user conversations daily to identify recurring questions, frustrations, or missing information.

  • Analyze feedback and conversation trends to generate product insights.

  • Maintain datasets of common questions and improve response accuracy.

  • Manage and maintain the AI chat system.

  • Update prompts, intents, and conversation flows.

  • Improve the knowledge base and internal documentation used by the AI system.

Product Development & Feature Definition

  • Gather requirements for new features for the hospital’s marketing website and AI chat interface.

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements.

  • Define user flows and functionality for new features.

  • Work with the development team to prioritize and implement improvements.

Product Operations & Development Coordination

  • Identify bugs or issues and open tickets for the development team.

  • Track fixes and validate improvements once deployed.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the platform.

Website Content & UX Improvements

  • Improve website content based on real user questions and feedback.

  • Suggest improvements to pages and user journeys.

  • Collaborate with content teams to create new pages when needed.

Client Management

  • Act as Tectu’s representative within the organization.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and collect feedback.

  • Coordinate between business teams, content teams, and developers.
